After the oil is heated, we add a tablespoon of chopped garlic to it. After 10 seconds, we add onions. Here we have used the white part of green onions. Three to four tablespoons of onion will become soft.
Then we add chicken to it. Here we take 200 grams of chicken, cut it into small pieces without bones. Along with the chicken, we cut two green chilies into small pieces and add half a teaspoon of salt for two to three minutes. Cook until the chicken becomes soft. Here we cook the chicken for two to three minutes. The chicken will be ready in 50 minutes. We add vegetables to it. Here we have finally chopped one cup of cabbage. We have also taken one medium-sized carrot, which we have chopped into small pieces like this. We have added some sweet corn, two to three tablespoons. We are using frozen food. Along with this, we also add half capsicum, cut into three to four pieces. This is about one tablespoon. Saute all the vegetables well on high flame for two minutes.
