Friends, welcome back to our website!Today, we are going to make a super healthy banana milkshake. If you are an exerciser or want to gain weight, this shake is perfect for you. It is especially beneficial if consumed in the morning. You can also give it to children – it is very healthy!

So let’s begin: The main ingredient here is banana. We’ll chop a ripe banana and add it to a blender jar. Along with this, we’ll be adding a few more highly nutritious ingredients

If you’re aiming to gain weight, definitely include this recipe in your breakfast.Now I’m adding 4 to 5 almonds. You can also use cashews if you like. Next, we’ll add seedless dates — I’ve taken soft dates and removed the seeds. Make sure to wash them properly before adding to the blender.

Now, let’s blend all of this.I haven’t added any sugar — and you can skip it too, as sugar isn’t good for health. Instead, dates give a nice natural sweetness and are a healthier alternative.

I’ve added a few ice cubes to make the shake cool and refreshing. Let’s grind everything.Now that it’s nicely blended, I’ll add milk. I’ve taken one glass of milk, but for this, I’m using only half a glass because we want the shake to be thick, not watery.

Let’s blend it again after adding the milk. See, it’s beautifully thick and creamy.With one banana and half a glass of milk, you can make one full glass of thick banana milkshake.
