If you have one laddu daily, you’ll stay fit! It’s super tasty and easy to make. Do try it and let us know how it turns out!

Step 1: Soaking the Ingredients

First, take **200 grams of figs** (anjeer) and soak them in water for 30 minutes. After soaking, drain the water.

Step 2: Preparing Dates and Figs

Take **300 grams of dates**, remove the seeds, and add them to a blender with the soaked figs. Blend them together to form a smooth mixture.

Step 3: Roasting Dry Fruits

Next, heat a pan on low flame and add **4 tablespoons of ghee**. Once the ghee heats up, add the following nuts:

*100 grams almonds (finely chopped)

**100 grams cashews

*50 grams pumpkin seeds

**50 grams sunflower seeds

*** 50 grams melon seeds (or you can use magaj)

Roast the nuts on low flame for 3–4 minutes, just until they begin to change color. Don’t over-roast.

Step 4: Adding Poppy Seeds and Mixing

Now, add **2 tablespoons of poppy seeds** to the roasted nuts. Roast them lightly for 1–1.5 minutes on low flame.

Step 5: Adding Blended Mixture

Add the previously blended **dates and figs mixture** to the pan. Mix well. Add **½ cup desiccated coconut**, **1 teaspoon green cardamom powder** and stir everything together. Keep the flame low to avoid burning the dry fruits.

Step 6: Benefits of the Laddu

These laddus are incredibly beneficial, packed with calcium, magnesium, iron, and zinc. They are great for boosting energy and treating weakness, body pain, and fatigue. They are suitable for all ages—kids and adults alike. You can enjoy these laddus any time of the year, whether it’s summer or winter.

Step 7: Final Mixing and Cooling

Keep stirring on low flame for 3–4 minutes until everything is well combined. The mixture should now bind together. Once it does, remove it from the heat and allow it to cool down until it’s safe to touch.

Step 8: Shaping the Laddus

Once the mixture cools down, start shaping the laddus. You can make them small or medium-sized based on your preference. There’s no need to grease your hands, just shape them with your palms.

Step 9: Storing the Laddus

Once all the laddus are shaped, place them on a plate. These laddus can be stored in an **airtight container** and kept in the refrigerator. They stay fresh for a long time since they’ve been properly roasted and cooked.
