Step 1 : 🍗 Preparing the Chicken
Take **500 grams of chicken** (you can use drumsticks or thighs, or even whole chicken pieces).
Clean the chicken thoroughly and drain the water.
Make a few holes in the chicken pieces with a knife so that the marinade can go deep inside, making the chicken flavorful. This also helps the spices coat better.
Step 2 : 🌶️ Marinating the Chicken
In a bowl, mix the following ingredients to marinate the chicken:

15-16 garlic cloves (grind them finely)
2 green chilies (finely chopped or ground)
1 tablespoon ginger paste
1 tablespoon soy sauce
*1 tablespoon vinegar
* Mix all the ingredients well and apply the marinade to the chicken. Make sure the spices coat the chicken well inside the cuts.
Let it marinate for **30 minutes**. If you have time, you can marinate it for longer, even overnight, for better flavor.
Step 3 : 🥄 Coating the Chicken
After marinating, we will coat the chicken with a flour mixture.
Take **3 tablespoons of maida (all-purpose flour)** and mix it well.
Heat oil in a pan on medium flame, Once the oil is hot, carefully place the marinated chicken pieces into the hot oil.

Step 4 : 🍳 Frying the Chicken
Fry the chicken for **10-12 minutes**, turning it occasionally, until it becomes golden and crispy on all sides.
Make sure the oil is at **medium heat**, so the chicken gets crispy on the outside and cooked well on the inside.
Once the chicken is crispy, take it out and drain the excess oil.
