1 medium-sized onion

1 tomato (deseeded and chopped)

½ cup black and green olives (chopped)

Step 3: Adding Pizza Sauce

Add **3–4 tablespoons of pizza sauce** to the chicken and vegetable mixture.Mix it well, and once it’s well-combined, turn off the flame and let it cool down for a few minutes.

Step 4: Preparing the Bread for Coating

Now, take a **white bread slice** and cut off the edges.Save these edges for making **bread crumbs**.Dip the bread slice in water briefly (don’t soak it too long).

Once it’s soaked, press it to squeeze out the water. Now, place **2-3 teaspoons of mozzarella cheese** in the center of the bread and add **1–2 tablespoons of the chicken stuffing**.

Pinch the corners of the bread to seal the mixture inside tightly, forming a ball.Repeat the process to make about **12–13 balls**.

Step 5: Preparing the Coating

For the coating, take **1 egg** in a bowl.Add **3–4 tablespoons of all-purpose flour** and **¼ teaspoon black pepper powder**.

Add **1 teaspoon oregano** and a pinch of salt.Mix everything well, adding **¼ cup water** to make a smooth batter. The consistency should be **thin**, not too thick or too runny.

Step 6: Coating the Balls

Dip each stuffed ball in the egg-flour batter, ensuring it’s completely coated.Next, roll the ball in **bread crumbs** to coat it evenly.Place the coated balls on a plate.

Step 7: Freezing Option

At this point, you can store the balls in the **deep freezer** for up to a month.

Step 8: Frying the Balls

In a deep pan, heat oil over **medium-high flame**.Carefully add the balls one by one, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan.Pour a little hot oil over the balls as they fry, helping them cook evenly.

Fry for about **5–7 minutes**, turning occasionally until the balls turn a **golden brown**.If the oil is too hot, reduce the flame to medium-low.Once done, remove the balls from the pan and place them on a **strainer** to drain excess oil.

Step 9: Serving
