Chicken Wings Recipe

For Chicken Marination:-

700grm chicken wings

½ tsp baking soda

1 tsp salt

1 tsp Ginger garlic paste

For Sauce Mixture

3 tbsp Tomato ketchup

1½ tsp mustard sauce

3 tsp honey

*1 tsp chilli flakes

1 tbsp chopped garlic

1 lemon juice

2 tbsp oil

2 tbsp butter Chopped coriander

Today, we’re sharing a **restaurant-style chicken wings** recipe that will make you crave it over and over again! This recipe is so delicious that both kids and adults will love it. Whether you’re making it for a special occasion or just a regular meal, it’s guaranteed to be a hit. Try it out, and let us know your feedback.

First, take **700 grams of chicken wings**. You can cut the wings into smaller pieces as shown, by cutting at the joint, making sure the pieces are manageable.

Step 1: Marinating the Chicken

½ teaspoon of baking soda** – it helps the chicken cook faster and become tender.

1 teaspoon of salt** (adjust to taste).

1 teaspoon of ginger-garlic paste** – this will give the chicken a fragrant aroma.

Step 2 : Making the Sauce

3 tablespoons of tomato ketchup

½ teaspoon of mustard sauce

3 teaspoons of honey

1 tablespoon of finely chopped garlic

1 teaspoon of crushed red chili powder** (adjust to taste)

Juice of one lemon** (or half if it’s too large).

Step 3 : Cooking the Chicken

2 tablespoons of oil

2 tablespoons of butter** (if you prefer, you can skip the butter and add more oil).

Once the oil and butter are heated, add the marinated chicken wings. Make sure not to overcrowd the pan. Place the pieces separately to ensure they roast evenly.

You can cover the pan to help the chicken cook from within, but be sure to check and stir occasionally. After a few minutes, you will start to see some color on the wings.

Let them cook on **medium heat** for about **3-4 minutes** on one side before flipping them. Continue cooking until the wings develop a beautiful color on both sides, and the internal juices start to release.

Step 4 : Final Roasting and Coating

Once the chicken wings are nicely browned and cooked through, pour the sauce you made earlier over the wings. Mix it thoroughly so the sauce coats the chicken evenly.

* **1 tablespoon of finely chopped fresh coriander** to the dish for added freshness.

Cover and let it cook for about **5 minutes** to let the sauce absorb into the wings and get that rich flavor.

Step 5 : Final Touches

After 5 minutes, uncover the pan, increase the heat to **high**, and fry the chicken for another **1-2 minutes** to let the sauce thicken and coat the wings nicely. You should have perfectly caramelized chicken with a glossy coating.

Serving

Once the chicken wings are beautifully coated and cooked, serve them with a sprinkle of fresh coriander. You can serve them as a starter or a main dish, and they will surely be a hit at any gathering
