Whenever you feel like having it, you can take it out and fry it. The crunch and creaminess will surely make your special days. Try it and share your feedback!

Step 1: Preparing the Filling

Start by heating a **pan** on the stove. Add **2 tablespoons vegetable oil**. Now, add **finely chopped garlic** and saute it for a few seconds until fragrant.

Next, add **green chilies** and **fresh coriander** (we’ll add these later). Saute the garlic for a few more seconds. Then, add **1 large chopped onion**. Saute until the onion becomes soft.

Now, grate **1 carrot** (or you can use any vegetable you prefer or have available). You can even skip the vegetables if you don’t want to use them. Cook the vegetables for just **1 minute**, as we want them to remain slightly crunchy, just like the onion. Don’t overcook them.

After that, add **1 finely chopped bell pepper (capsicum)** and cook for another **1 minute**.

Step 2: Adding Chicken and Spices

Now, add **250 grams of boiled chicken** (you can boil the chicken with ginger-garlic paste for extra flavor). Mix the chicken well with the vegetables.Cook this on **medium heat** for **1 minute** while mixing everything thoroughly. This gives a nice texture and taste to the filling.

Add **1 teaspoon salt**, **1 teaspoon black pepper powder**, and **1 teaspoon garam masala** to the mixture. Mix everything well and cook for a couple of minutes.

Then, add **2 tablespoons fresh cream**. You can also add **2-3 tablespoons** depending on your preference. Keep in mind that cream contains salt, so add it accordingly.

Add **3/4 cup milk** to make the mixture creamy. Stir the mixture and cook on **medium heat** until it thickens. You don’t need to make it too thick, just enough for a creamy texture.

Once done, turn off the heat and allow it to cool. You can transfer it to a separate container to speed up the cooling process.

Step 3: Preparing the Bread Coating

Take **slices of bread** (you can use white or brown bread). Trim the edges and grind them into crumbs. Now, add **3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour (maida)** and a pinch of salt to the bread crumbs. Mix everything well to form a dry mixture.

Step 4: Assembling the Patties

Now, take the cooled filling and shape it into small balls or patties, depending on your preference.Press them slightly to make them flat, and then coat them with the bread mixture. Press lightly to ensure the coating sticks properly.

Step 5: Freezing and Storing

Once all the patties are coated, you can freeze them. Place them on a tray and freeze for **30 minutes** to allow them to set. After that, you can store them in an airtight container in the freezer. They will be ready to fry whenever you want.

Step 6: Frying the Patties

For frying, heat **oil in a pan** or **deep fryer**. Once the oil is hot, carefully drop the patties into the oil, one by one.Fry them on **medium heat**. Do not overcrowd the pan. Keep turning them gently until they are **golden brown** and crispy on all sides.

Step 7: Serve and Enjoy

Once fried, take them out and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil. Your **crispy patties with creamy stuffing** are ready to serve! Enjoy them as a snack with **chutney** or **yogurt**.
