Crispy from outside, soft from inside and tasty, today we are going to make such a spicy and easy breakfast in minutes. I have told you how to make it in a different way which will make it even more tasty. When you prepare it and serve it with evening tea or to guests, everyone will praise you a lot after eating. So definitely watch the video from start to end. Friends, if you like today’s recipe, then do not forget to like, share and comment on the video. Hello friends, I am Shamli, let’s start the video. So today we will make this tasty breakfast with whole green moong. So I have soaked the whole moong in hot water for two hours. If you soak it in hot water, it swells and becomes soft very quickly. If you have time, you can also soak it in normal water for four hours. Wash it well and now we remove all the water and now we put the swollen whole moong in the mixer jar. So here I am telling you how to make it with half a cup of lentils. If you want, you can also take one cup. We will save one spoon of moong and we will use it. We will do it after a while and now add one or two green chillies. You can also use red chillies instead of green chillies. Three to four cloves of garlic and one inch piece of ginger. At the same time add one teaspoon of whole coriander. If you roast and grind the coriander separately, it will require more effort. If you prepare it like this, the taste will remain intact. Now add a teaspoon of fennel seeds. Half a teaspoon of cumin seeds. At the same time add a pinch of asafoetida so that when we grind it, the asafoetida gets mixed very well and the flavour of asafoetida is also very good. We will not add any water at all. Grind it in this manner. So, grind it while turning the mixer on and off, i.e. on pulse mode. Stir it with a spoon in between and do not use any water. It should be mixed in this manner. Now we put the ground moong in the mixer jar. Green whole moong has plenty of fiber, so you are going to find this breakfast very tasty. Take out the entire paste with a spoon or hands. Do not add any water at all. Another bowl Let’s take it and add two to three spoons of semolina, here I have used fine semolina and now add room temperature water, so take as much water as you take semolina, mix it, just add water only when the semolina is soaked, we keep it aside for 2 minutes and if you don’t want to add semolina, then instead of semolina you can grind dry poha and make a powder and add it, you can add arrowroot, two spoons or cornflour or rice flour can also be added, so there are a lot of options, so while the semolina is resting, we beat the ground moong for two minutes, if you beat it like this, the breakfast will be nice and the mix will also be a little light, so here we have mixed it for about 2 minutes, after mixing we will add light spices, so add them first.👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻

1/4 tsp black pepper powder 1/4 tsp celery 1/4 tsp red chilli powder we have also added green chillies so add spicy food according to your taste and now add salt according to taste 1/4 tsp garam masala powder one tsp lemon juice for spicy taste a very little turmeric powder 1/4 tsp we have added all the spices once mix them again after mixing add one medium sized onion finely chopped lengthwise after cutting the onion I have opened the shreds by mashing it with my hands and now add one small grated potato so you have to grate the potato only with a big grater do not grate it too finely after grating the potato I have washed it thrice or four times and kept it in water so that it does not turn black and now after removing the water with our hands we add the potato shreds so friends prepare only when you have to make breakfast so if you are making it with one cup whole moong then take one medium sized raw potato and now We put two tablespoons of gram flour so that there is a good binding in the breakfast and now add the semolina which we have soaked in water, so we got two to three minutes of time and the semolina has swelled very well in this time, so we have added salt, so the juice will separate from the potatoes and onions, so our mix will automatically become thin, mashing with hands, mix all the things for 1 minute, so there we are mixed, you can also use chaat masala instead of lemon juice, when you mix the mix well, then at the very end add two tablespoons of coriander leaves and one tablespoon of whole moong which we had already saved, friends, add this and just a pinch of baking soda, that is, sweet soda, so we have added a little bit of semolina and gram flour, so add one to two pinches of soda, then the breakfast will become even lighter, mix it, there we are mixed, so before you mix the spices, put the oil on low flame to heat, now we do not have to rest it for a while, so you can fry it in oil by lifting it with a spoon in this way So today we are going to make green moong pakoras. You can make medium sized balls with your hands i.e. lemon sized balls and put them in the oil. We will not make them too big at all. Oil has been put in the pan for frying. The oil has heated up. We will not make it very smoky hot. For making pakoras in the same size, you can use a tablespoon like this. Soak it in water and while soaking we will mix it in this way and drop it in the oil. While adding, reduce the flame so that the colour comes out uniformly. It is very easy. So we will not add it in large quantities. Now we will reduce the flame to medium and at this time we will not use the spatula. When it gets set a little from the bottom only then we will flip it. So we will fry in two batches. 1 minute has passed. The pakoras that we had added earlier have got a lovely colour. So we flip them with a fork. You can see that they are not sticking at all. It is very important that the bhajiya gets cooked from inside. So now we will fry on low to medium flame after flipping. So a little We have also added semolina, so along with being tasty, it is going to seem very crispy to you. So let it cook for two minutes in this manner. Two more minutes are over. We will flip it again. You can flip it every minute or so. And wherever you see light colour, we will crisp it a little on that side. It will take you five to six minutes in total. So, by flipping it, it has become very crispy. The colour is very nice. So, crisp it well and take it out. It will remain crispy for a long time. So, the best thing is that these pakoras are very tasty and spicy and are not oily at all. So, just take it out in a plate. In the same way, we will fry the second batch. So, the second batch is also ready. See how good it looks. Just by looking at it, you feel like eating it. So, let us serve it hot. So, friends, the crispy and tasty spicy green moong pakoras are ready. So, see how many bhajiyas have been made with half a cup of dal. So, I have served them with tomato ketchup and green chillies. It is served, you can enjoy it with green chutney as well. So if you want to impress the guests, make your husband happy, or win the heart of the entire family, then you will keep eating all the things you have prepared with hot tea and they will praise you a lot. With half a cup of green moong dal, your 15 pieces of Bhajjiya will be ready, so we have added coriander, fennel, potatoes and onions, hence the taste has increased a lot. We have used less gram flour, hence it is not going to taste like a pakoda or Bhajjiya at all. Try it once without thinking.
