Bread Omelette Recipe

1) 3 Eggs (or 2-4 eggs based on preference)

2) 1 small onion, finely chopped

3) A handful of fresh coriander, chopped

4) 2 Green chilies, finely chopped (adjust according to spice preference)

5) ¼ tsp Salt (adjust to taste)

6) ¼ tsp Garam masala powder

7) ½ tsp Kashmiri red chili powder (for color)

8) 1 tbsp Oil (for frying)

9) 4 slices of Bread

10) 1 slice of Cheese (optional)

Today, we’re going to make a **delicious and quick breakfast recipe** that you can prepare in just **10 minutes**. We’re making a **street-style Bread Omelette**, which is super tasty and easy to make.

Step 2: Cooking the Omelette

Heat **1 tbsp oil** in a pan over medium-low heat. Once the oil is hot, pour in the egg mixture and spread it evenly in the pan. Let the eggs cook for a minute or so until the top layer starts to set.

Step 3: Adding the Bread

Once the egg mixture has set slightly, arrange **4 slices of bread** over the omelette. Press the bread gently into the omelette mixture, allowing it to absorb the egg. Drizzle a little more oil over the bread slices.
