Today, we will be making a **delicious and healthy Butter Garlic Egg** recipe. This is an **extremely easy recipe** that you can quickly make for breakfast. You can enjoy it with **pav**, **bread**, or **naan**. It’s not only delicious but also very healthy, making it perfect for breakfast. If you’re short on time in the morning, then definitely try this recipe. Let’s get started!

Step 1: Preparing the Eggs

In a bowl, break **9 eggs** (you can adjust the number of eggs depending on the number of people you’re serving). Add the following seasonings:

1) 1/4 tsp salt

2) 1/4 tsp black pepper powder

3) 1/4 tsp chili flakes

Whisk the eggs thoroughly using a fork or a hand whisk. Your **omelet mixture** is now ready. Set it aside.

Step 2: Cooking the Omelet

Now, let’s move on to cooking the omelet. In a pan, add **1 tsp oil** and **1 tbsp butter**. The oil is added so the butter doesn’t burn. Once the butter has melted, pour the egg mixture into the pan.

Keep the **gas flame on low to medium**. Let the eggs cook for a few seconds before stirring them. Don’t stir immediately; let them cook on low heat. After a few seconds, gently fold the edges of the omelet with a spatula. Stir it lightly without breaking the eggs into too many small pieces. We want the pieces to be a little larger.

Once the eggs are cooked on one side, flip them gently to cook the other side. Keep the flame low, so the eggs don’t get too dry or overcooked. The color of the eggs should not darken too much. Once it’s cooked, transfer the omelet to a plate. Set it aside.

Step 3: Preparing the Garlic Sauce

In the same pan, add **2-3 tbsp butter** and **1 tsp oil**. We’re using butter garlic here, so don’t be afraid to use a little more butter for a great flavor. The oil will prevent the butter from burning.

Once the butter melts, add **1 tbsp finely chopped garlic**. Stir it well in the butter on **low flame**. Be careful not to burn the garlic. Stir gently for **30 seconds to 1 minute** to cook the garlic.

1) 1 tsp black pepper powder

2) 1 tsp red chili powder

3) 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Mix these spices gently and cook for a few seconds, but don’t burn them. Once the spices have blended well, add **1.5 tsp cornflour** to the pan. Stir well so the cornflour mixes with the butter and spices on low flame for **30 seconds to 1 minute** to remove the raw taste.

After that, slowly add **1 cup milk** (either cold or previously boiled milk). Stir continuously, as the cornflour will thicken the sauce. Keep stirring until the sauce thickens to your desired consistency.

Step 4: Adding the Final Touches

Once the sauce is thickened, add **1/4 tsp salt** (or adjust to taste). Then add a **handful of freshly chopped coriander** to the sauce. Stir well and cook for **30 seconds to 1 minute** to ensure the flavors are well blended.

Now, add the **fried omelet pieces** that we set aside earlier into the sauce. Gently mix the omelet with the sauce so that the sauce coats the eggs properly. The flavors will soak into the eggs, making them even more delicious.

Step 5: Serving

Cook the eggs and sauce together for **2-3 minutes**, making sure the sauce coats the eggs well. Be careful not to cook it too dry—just enough to absorb the sauce. Once done, **turn off the flame** and transfer the dish to a plate.

Your **Butter Garlic Egg** is now ready to be served. Serve it with **pav**, **bread**, or **naan** for a delicious breakfast. It’s so easy to make, and the flavor is incredibly delicious.

Thank You…♥️
