Step 1: Marinating the Chicken

We’ll start with **250 grams of boneless chicken**, cut into small cubes (not too big).

1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste

Salt to taste

Juice of 1 lemon (remove the seeds, use half if it’s too big)

1/2 tablespoon red chili powder

1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder

Step 2: Adding Vegetables and Spices

1/2 cup finely chopped fresh coriander leaves

2-3 finely chopped green chilies (adjust according to your spice preference)

2 medium-sized onions, sliced thinly

1 teaspoon chaat masala

1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder

1/4 teaspoon garam masala

2 tablespoons rice flour

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

Now, mix all the ingredients well. If you have **curry leaves**, you can add them too for an amazing flavor.

Step 3: Binding the Mixture

After mixing the ingredients, we’ll add just a **little water** (about **2 tablespoons**). Be careful not to add too much water, as we want a thick consistency, not a runny batter. This consistency is perfect for forming the chicken balls. Mix everything thoroughly.

Step 4: Shaping the Chicken Balls

Now, take small portions of the chicken mixture and shape them into **small balls**. The chicken balls are now ready to be fried.

Step 5: Frying the Chicken Pakoras

Heat some **oil** in a pan. Once the oil is hot, reduce the flame to **medium**. We need to fry the pakoras on **medium heat** so the chicken inside cooks thoroughly.

Carefully drop the chicken balls into the hot oil one by one, ensuring they are not overcrowded in the pan. Fry them for **6-7 minutes** on medium heat until they turn crispy and golden brown.

Step 6: Serving

Once fried, take the chicken balls out of the oil. They should have a crispy texture and golden color. Your **crispy Chicken Pakoras** are now ready!

Serve them hot with **green chutney** or **sweet chutney** for extra flavor.

These crispy, flavorful **Chicken Pakoras** are sure to impress everyone! They are easy to make and can be enjoyed by both kids and adults. Perfect for quick snacks or even a meal. Try them out and don’t forget to share your feedback with us!

Thank You…..♥️
