Egg 65 Recipe

1) 5 Boiled Eggs

2) 1/2 tsp chopped ginger

3)1/2 tsp chopped garlic

4) 2 finely chopped green chillies

5) 1/2 tsp garam masala

6) 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

7) 1/2 tsp salt

8) 4 tbsp gram flour

9) 1 egg

10) 2 tbsp oil

11) 1 tsp garlic

12) 2 green chillies

13) 1 dry red chillies

14) 3 tbsp tomato ketchup

15) 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

Step 1: Preparing the Eggs

Take **5 boiled eggs**. Cut them into halves and remove the yolks. Keep them aside for later use

Step 2: Making the Filling

1) 1 tablespoon oil

2) ½ teaspoon chopped ginger

3) ½ teaspoon finely chopped onion

4) 2 finely chopped green chilies

5) Less than ½ teaspoon garam masala

6) Red chili powder as per taste

7) 2 tablespoons gram flour (besan)

Mix everything well until smooth.

Step 4: Cooking the Egg Mixture

Heat oil in a pan.Add small portions of the mixture one by one to form small balls. Fry them on low flame until golden brown.Turn them carefully so they cook evenly. Once golden, remove and set aside.

Step 5: Preparing the Masala

1) 1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger and garlic

2) 2 whole red chilies

3) 1 dry red chili

4) Few curry leaves

Now add **3 tablespoons chopped onion**. Cook until light golden.Add salt, red chili powder, and spices according to taste. Mix well.

Step 6: Final Cooking

Add the fried egg balls into the masala. Stir gently so they are coated well.Sprinkle fresh coriander leaves on top. Mix lightly.
