Mango Lassi Recipe

* **2 medium-sized ripe mangoes** (make sure they are sweet and fully ripe)

1 cup fresh yogurt (avoid sour yogurt)

1/4 cup sugar (adjust based on the sweetness of the mango)

1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder (optional, for extra flavor)

Ice cubes

Water (optional, for thinning)

Today, we will be making a **special, refreshing, and delicious Summer Mango Lassi**. It’s super easy to prepare, and you can make it in just 5 minutes! It’s the perfect drink for hot summer days—cool and tasty! Let’s get started with this simple yet mouthwatering recipe.

Step 1 : 🍋 Preparing the Mangoes

Start by washing the mangoes thoroughly. * Using a peeler or knife, remove the skin of the mangoes.

Slice the mangoes lengthwise. After that, cut the mango into small pieces, making sure to extract all the pulp around the seed. Don’t waste any pulp!

Step 2 :🥄 Making the Mango Lassi

Transfer the mango pulp into a blender.

Add **1 cup of fresh yogurt** to the blender. Use fresh, not sour yogurt, for the best taste.

Add **1/4 cup sugar** (or adjust it according to the sweetness of the mango).

Optionally, add **1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder** for added flavor.

Add a few **ice cubes** to make it nice and chilled.

Step 3 : Blending the Lassi

Blend everything together until smooth and creamy.
