1) 1 tbsp vanilla custard powder

2) 1-2 tbsp milk

3) 1 tbsp basil seeds (Sabja seeds)

4) 1 cup mango, chopped into small pieces

5) ½ liter full cream milk

6) 1/3 cup sugar

7) ½ cup sago pearls (Sabudana)

8) A handful of dry fruits (Almonds, Cashews, Pistachios)

Today, we’re making a **refreshing summer special Mango Sago Drink**. This drink is not only super tasty but also very healthy. It’s easy to make and perfect for any gathering or special occasion. Let’s dive into the recipe!

Step 1: Preparing the Custard

In a bowl, add **1 tbsp vanilla custard powder** and **1-2 tbsp milk**.

Mix well until there are no lumps. If you have **mango-flavored custard powder**, you can use that instead.* Set aside for later.

Step 2: Soaking the Basil Seeds (Sabja Seeds)

In a separate bowl, add **1 tbsp basil seeds** (Sabja seeds) and **½ cup water**.

Stir well and set aside. These seeds will double in size after absorbing the water.

Step 3: Boiling the Milk

In a pan, add ½ liter full cream milk and heat on medium-high flame. Once the milk starts boiling, lower the flame and stir.

Add **1/3 cup sugar** to the milk and mix until fully dissolved.

Gradually add the custard mixture to the milk, stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Cook on low flame for **5-7 minutes** until the custard thickens. Once thickened, turn off the flame and let it cool completely.

Step 4: Cooking the Sago Pearls

In a saucepan, bring **4-5 cups water** to a boil. Add **½ cup sago pearls** (Sabudana), which you’ve rinsed thoroughly.

Stir well and cook on **medium flame** for **12-15 minutes** until the sago becomes transparent and fully cooked.

Once cooked, strain the sago using a sieve and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.* Set the sago aside to cool.

Step 5: Mango Puree

In a blender, add 1 cup chopped mango and the cooled custard mixture. Blend them together to form a smooth mango puree.

Step 6: Mixing the Drink

In a large mixing bowl, add the **soaked basil seeds**, the **cooled sago pearls**, and the **mango puree**.

Mix everything thoroughly until well combined.* If the mixture is sticky or hard to mix, use your hands to break the sago and mix properly.

Add the remaining **small mango pieces** for extra texture and flavor.

Step 7: Chilling the Drink

Place the mixture in the fridge for **at least 1 hour** to cool completely.

Step 8: Adding Dry Fruits

After the drink has chilled, add **sliced almonds, cashews, and pistachios** as per your preference.

You can adjust the quantity of dry fruits according to your taste.

Step 9: Serving

Once everything is well mixed, the **Mango Sago Drink** is ready to be served!* Serve it chilled, and enjoy this refreshing, healthy, and flavorful drink.

Thank You…♥️
