Veg Paneer Snack Recipe
Ingredients :-
½ carrot
1 medium sized onion
½ capsicum
4 tbsp corn kernels (boiled)
1 green chilli
100 grm cottage cheese some chopped coriander
½ cup gram flour
4 tbsp curd
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp crushed red chillies
1 tsp salt oil for brushing

Let’s Begin
First, we’ve taken a large mixing bowl. Into it, we’ll add some vegetables:
Half a carrot (finely chopped)
One medium-sized onion (not too finely chopped)
Some capsicum (finely chopped)
About 4 tablespoons of boiled corn

🌶️ Time for the Spices

1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp roasted cumin powder

Salt to taste (approx. 1 tsp)
Add about 4 tablespoons water and mix well.

🥪 Let’s Cook – Two Methods
We’ll make it two ways:
1. In a Sandwich Maker (which most of us have at home):
First, grease both sides of the sandwich maker with oil or ghee.
Now, fill it with the prepared mixture.
Spread it evenly — no gaps.Close the lid and let it cook.
2. On the Gas Stove using a stovetop sandwich press:
Grease both sides again.
Fill with the mixture, close it, and cook on medium flame.
After a few minutes, flip it to cook the other side evenly.
Keep flipping every few minutes so it cooks with a beautiful golden color.
🔥 Serving Time
After about 5–7 minutes on low flame, open it up — look at that gorgeous color!Take it out on a chopping board and cut it into pieces.This snack is not only easy to make but also full of flavor.You can serve it hot with green chutney or tomato ketchup — it tastes amazing both ways.
