Watermelon Juice Recipe

1 whole watermelon

¼ cup powdered sugar

¼ cup rose syrup

1 liter chilled water

1 to 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Ice cubes

Today, we’re making an special Watermelon juice**, which is the perfect refreshing drink for the hot summer days. It’s super easy to make and tastes incredibly refreshing—perfect for party’s! This drink is cool, hydrating, and a great way to stay refreshed. Let’s get started!

Step 1: Selecting the Watermelon

Start by selecting a **fresh, ripe watermelon**. Make sure it is deep red and sweet inside. Cut the watermelon into halves, and then into quarters. Make sure the pieces are large enough to handle easily for cutting.

Step 2: Cutting the Watermelon

Now, take each quarter and cut it into small, bite-sized pieces. You can remove the seeds if you prefer, but they are perfectly fine to leave in. I find that removing them is optional—this step is up to you.

Step 3: Adding Sugar and Rose Syrup

Once you’ve cut the watermelon into small pieces, transfer them to a **mixing bowl**. Add about **¼ cup powdered sugar** (don’t use granulated sugar, as it will take longer to dissolve). Also, add **¼ cup rose syrup**. You can substitute rose syrup with **Rooh Afza** if you prefer that flavor.

Step 4: Adding Chilled Water

Next, pour in **1 liter of chilled water** into the bowl. Mix everything well. At this stage, you can let the sherbat sit for about **30 minutes to 1 hour** in the fridge so that it chills nicely. If you’re in a hurry, you can skip this and move to the next step.

Step 5: Adding Lemon Juice

Once the mixture is chilled, add **1 to 2 tablespoons of lemon juice**. If you’re using small lemons, add 2 tablespoons; if it’s a large lemon, 1 tablespoon is enough. Stir well to incorporate the lemon juice, which will add a tangy balance to the sweetness of the watermelon.

Step 6: Serving

Before serving, add **ice cubes** to make it extra cold and refreshing. The watermelon itself is filled with water and has a cooling effect, making this the perfect drink to serve at party’s during the hot summer months.

Thank You…..♥️
