American Egg Curry Recipe

6 boiled Eggs

1 egg

½ tsp turmeric powder

½ tsp red chilli powder

¼ tsp salt

2 medium sized onions

12-15 garlic buds1

½ inch piece of ginger

10 cashews

3 green chillies

Handful of fresh coriander

3 tbsp curd

4 green cardamom

4 cloves

2-3 cinnamon stick (small)

½ tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp coriander powder

*½ tsp pepper powder

*½ tsp red chilli powder

½ tsp cumin powder

½ tsp garam masala

1 tsp dry Fenugreek leaves

1 tsp salt

4 tbsp cream

Chopped coriander

Mix everything well. If the mixture becomes too thick, add **2 tablespoons of water** to adjust the consistency.

Step 8: Adding Water and Boiling

Now, add **¾ cup of water** to the masala and bring it to a boil. Once it starts boiling, add the fried egg slices. Stir gently and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Step 10: Adding Fresh Cream

Next, add **4 tablespoons of fresh cream** (or milk cream if preferred). Stir well to combine. You can also add finely chopped **fresh coriander** at this stage.
